1. Membership is now moderated. We do reserve the right to reject anyone's membership, but most people will be pencil-whipped right through. Unfortunately, this means there will be a delay before you can use your account. Spamming the registration queue will not get you approved more quickly, and we will ban your IP and e-mail if you do so more than can be attributed to a simple mistake.
  2. If your membership appears to have been rejected without good reason, you should send a message to an administrator. This system has been enabled to keep out certain undesirable elements, but since very little information is provided in the registrations, cases of mistaken identity may occur.
  3. Some e-mails have been disallowed. None of the major web mail services, e.g., gmail, have been blacklisted, but a few people may notice problems registering due to some new policies. If you get rejected, you'll have to use a different account.
