Hello,
By chance,I happen to find out that attachments are not encouraged hours after posting a code request thread.I tried to edit the post, but it was closed. How do I go about fixing it?I admit it's my mistake for missing that part of the new rule, and I really want to request codes for that game, though now I know I should not before fixing up the error. Please help.Thanks.

attachments are but just depending on where u put them and they type ..
Elfs and game saves go in the right aria .. the aria that is said in the New rule for that ..
u could trying to message one of use to see if we would be so kind to fix it ..
but normaly the attachments just moved .. what game was it ..
and did u use the search to see if another thread was already made for the game .. ???

Yes,I did a few searches for the game 'Spectral Gene',but either my search method is horrible,or there isn't any for it.So I tried posting a request thread for the game with the ELF file attached.So...I guess I attached the file wrongly.I hoped the ELF would help somehow in the code cracking, but perhaps I screwed up...
Edit : Thanks for your time to reply and check out this thread.

You can avoid thread closures by reading the rules sticky in whatever forum you are posting in, before creating new threads.
Just off the top of my head, you had two things going against you. Attachment in the wrong forum and thread prefixing.

Sorry,I may understand the attachment part, but I'm lost with the prefix issue...either way, thanks for notifying.I am still clueless on how to fix it though...

I see your point now, thank you.Guess it pays to update on rules often.Question is,how do I fix this...error before I post a new request?Or can I just post a new 'clean',abide-to-rule request thread, ignoring the previous one?

Just create a new rule abiding thread.
