The only internet available here in our area is smart bro which is only 256/kbps (?)

And the internet service here only provide 1 IP at a time. Like for example.
The cafe that I use to go has a download in Megaupload.
I can't download a file in Megaupload coz we/are sharing the same IP.
It's the biggest issue in this service.

OK, no big deal. I just wanted to clear it out, if it was a redundant account. I was a little wary of having two people with such similar names, but it's not like we filter for that anyway. We've probably had twenty people with some variant of Roxas since Kingdom Hearts II came out.
