A few days ago, I posted some codes for Harvest Moon:A Wonderful Life (PS2) (Jap, Pal, & U.S. versions) in a topic that someone else has started requesting codes for that game. Now, I can't find ANY posts by me at all. What happened to my posts? & yes, I used the "search" function.

If it did get deleted (for any reason), shouldn't there be some sort of private message notice or something telling a person that one of their posts got deleted? Besides, I DID find the first (at the time) HM:AWL topic that I could find.

No, the forum does not send out PMs or messages of any kind notifying users about deleted content. And 99% of the time the admins and mods won't do so either, unless you do something pretty heinous. If we choose to, users can see "Post deleted" messages in the threads when individual posts are soft-deleted, but we typically remove things entirely from the database here, rendering that useless. In this case, it wouldn't matter anyway since the entire thread was removed.

Sorry some of your content was removed. That forum was a mess, and there were five or six threads for that game. I kept the largest one with the most codes, and removed the others. It wasn't possible to merge them because it would have made the thread impossible to follow. Overall I removed about 400 threads, most worthless, from that forum in the process of cleaning it up, and the one you posted in was just an unfortunate victim.

This is assuming you're talking about the NTSC/UC forum. I haven't touched PAL or NTSC/J yet. Chances are posting codes from multiple regions in a forum dedicated to only one was part of the reason I decided the thread you used was more deserving of deletion than the other. But feel free to post your lists in the appropriate threads in the appropriate forums, if you still have them.

Edit: I think we need to stop the random bitching about the cmgsccc forums. I'm sick of explaining why they have different rules than this site (it should be fucking obvious by now that "business web site" != "personal web site").
