Save Game Not Working

Last night I tried downloading a save game file for Tony Hawks Underground 2 Remix on the PSP but I couldn't find out how to get it on my PSP. I had the USB cable plugged in to my PSP to my computer and when I found the save game file I wated my options were Save or Open and neither would lead me to download it. I have enough memory and I was in USB connection. Is there something I'm not doing? Please tell me how to get a save file to it, for this is my first time performing it. I got it off gamefaqs and I'm not sure if its that site or what. If someone on here could give me one that might work out for me alot better. I need 100% completion in Classic and Story Mode, All Characters and Levels Unlocked, All Cheats, All Movies, and All Gaps Found. If you could please have a cool looking Character, Graphic, Park, Skateboard, and Sticker. I don't need that until I find out how to perform this first so please help me out.

I also have a thread about the Max Media Manager Disc not working for the
ps2 and every time I try to load it, it take like 5 min then says Disc Read Error. I want to be able to get games from my ps2 to psp to computer so I can get some games hacked and put save game files on CB. The Disc is one of those really small discs so I don't know if its cause the ps2 doesn't read those. I just need to know how to install it on my ps2 so I can do what I need. So please give me a step by step procedure on how to do each of my problems.

I really need help doing this so please don't heitate and give me all the help possible. Thanx
