Uploading Elf Files

hello, i tried to upload a winrar Elf file of GTA: Liberty City Stories earlier, and i got an error saying the database was down or something.

Please tell me it wasn't my fault it crashed. :(

There has been issues regarding this for some time now. Pyriel explained it in this thread. (http://www.codemasters-project.net/vb/showthread.php?p=21589#post21589) Most people have been using file upload sites like rapidshare.de (http://rapidshare.de/) to upload files too large to be attached.
